  1. Eric takes PTC+ training slogan into Uganda Learning by doing is the way to go in order to increase food production while taking care of the environment also!

  3. Each student is given an opportunity to fully learn and practice

  4. Where there are no mixing machines,we still carry out hand mixing technology.

  5. Egg storage How to keep eggs in an egg tray to avoid causing damage to the air space is very important in order to have the right shelf life. Therefore the sharp point is downwards while the bigger part where the air space is located is up!

  6. Castrate Pigs? Students are also taken step by step how to castrate piglets and the benefits there of for the pork will have no bad taste and also the pig will put on weight faster.It will also control in-breeding and avoid undesirable characteristics that may have been noted.

  7. RABBIT PROCESSING AT THE FARM The students are shown practically how to slaughter rabbits and ensure excellent quality of meat by proper bleeding as they are slaughtered heads down and skinned similalrly to achieve that.Each is excited to participate and we have enough rabbits for every student to do like 2 for practicals.

  8. Happy students, they need more! The students become very happy and we thank the PTC+ through Dr.Ineke who availed training materials that have proved to be very useful in my training activities in the region for both farmers, students and other professionals as you will notice below. I also acknowledge the practical training I received from PTC+ which is the way we all want to go with each famer looking at ways of increasing food production
