Localization • Need:“to build a people-centered, inclusive and development oriented information society, where everyone can create, access, utilize and share information and knowledge (in the language best known to them)”1 • Definition:Enabling ICTs in the local language of the user Specifically, it is enabling computing experience in linguistic culture of the user.
