Engineering Honors Barbeque • This Saturday from Noon-5pm • Eastwoods Park (Off of Dean Keeton) • Hosted by Pi Tau Sigma (ME Honor Society) • Tug-of-war, tailgate golf, bean bag toss, volleyball, water balloon toss, bocce ball, MEGA Jenga and more • $5 per person for mesquite smoked brisket, ribs, chicken and sausage • Sides provided by Honors Societies

Officer Elections next Meeting • All positions (except for President and VP) are open! • President is reserved for the current VP. • VP is reserved for a current officer. • Some positions are reserved for pledges: • Service Chair (1/2) • SEC Rep (1/2) • Interested – talk to current officers and self-nominate.

  11. Leadershape Texas • Eye-opening week-long leadership retreat (May 22-27) • Deadline 11:59pm Friday, April 1, 2011

  12. TBP Talent Show • Coming up on Sunday, April 3rd is an engineering-wide talent show hosted by TBP!  • Tryouts will be held on Tuesday, March 29th at the union theater where 10 acts will be chosen to compete in the actual talent show. • The deadline to sign up is Sunday, March 27th. 

  13. Pledge Announcements • Sign up for Burger Plate (April 6th) • All requirements should be completed by next meeting (April 15th) • Remember dues MUST be turned into Jeet (Treasurer) by April 15th • Keep the date saved for induction – last day of classes (May 6 at 3pm) and banquet
