Includes retail, dining, theatre, drinking, culture, entertainment, education, stock markets, service industries, hospitals, events large and small, etc, etc. WHEN IS NIGHT? Early evening - 6pm-9pm Evening - 9pm-11pm Night time – 11pm-2am Late night – 2am – 6am RETHINKING THE NIGHT TIME ECONOMY

WHAT ARE WE DOING NOW • Delivered 6 x “Sydney Business 101” workshops • Includes, DAs, pop up events, food businesses, live music & small bars • Employment of specialist licensing compliance staff • Advocating for liquor freeze & outlet density measures • Review of live music and outdoor dining

  13. Many placed based new measures – ie: • Kings Cross Plan of Management • New CCTV cameras – live feed to police • Sydney Food Trucks – Moveable Feast • Precinct Ambassadors, portable urinals, NTE wayfinding • Safe Space Trial
