Clicker System • We will be using the TurningPoint system to assess learning progress in-class • You will have to purchase the system (or may own already), a couple of options • Response card • Response Ware • Purchase license → download software that works with smartphone, tablet, laptop • Will need to go to https://store.turningtechnologies.com • Enter code 4ufl • Info also at http://classrooms.at.ufl.edu/classroom-technology/turningpoint.php • Should also be available at local textbook stores (RCRF-01, -02, or -03 models should work fine)

  4. Once you have the clicker 1. Create an account on http://rwpoll.com using the license code just purchased. 2. Register the virtual device ID in Sakai. - A quiz will be setup under Assessments tab, and you will have to enter device ID 3. Bring the technology to class!!!! Join the Session ID provided by the instructor at the beginning of each session. Will be 1 ID for mobile devices, and 1 for clickers.

  5. Important Dates • Need to bring whatever technology you choose to class by next Monday (January 14th)!!! – Questions won’t count • January 16th questions will start counting towards your grade
