  2. Black Beans • Black beans are cheap and easy to cook but the best thing about them is that they’re high in protein and are also packed with fiber which helps you stay full and energized. They also have omega 3 acids which are good for your heart.

  3. Kale • Kale is one of the vegetables that helps people with cancer and is full with fiber and antioxidants. It’s also rich in vitamin K which helps cell growth and it’s really tasty.

  4. Salmon • Salmon is rich in vitamin D and omega 3 acids which are good for your heart and protect against brain aging and memory loss.

  5. Walnuts • Nuts are high in monosaturated fat which is good for you and they also contain omega 3 acids which are good for your heart.

  6. Pumpkins • Pumpkins are high in fiber and vitamin A, along with carotene which helps prevent heart disease.

  7. Apples • Apples are high in fiber which helps prevent bad cholesterol.

  8. Blueberries • Blueberries are high in antioxidants, carotenoids and flavonoids which help with heart and memory health.
