F&I Menu: Product Sale • Quick Sale of F&I related products outside of a traditional Vehicle Purchase. • Enjoy same rating and pricing functions as in the main menu. • Drag and Drop products into the pricing column. • Email and Print Quote for your consumer. • Utilize SPP for flexible payment option. • Print Contracts via P.E.N. integration.

  4. Start a new deal…

  5. Change Template if Necessary…

  6. Select Finance Separately if the consumer will make payments via Service Payment Plan. Click “Email Quote” to send the quote to the consumer via eMail. Click “Print Quote” to print a quote for the consumer.

  9. Contract Wizard: Service Payment Plan In version 1.1 Sales tax will be automatically applied. Until then, you will need to manually add the appropriate sales tax. Down Payment adjusted to the minimum 10% down payment requirement.

  10. Recap Product Sale transactions must be “closed” in the Edit Deals Page for reporting accuracy… Sales Tax will be automatically calculated in version 1.1. Until then you will need to manually update the appropriate sales tax.

  11. Saved Deals Select “Product Sale Deals” to see the Product Sale deals you have saved. Clicking “edit” allows you to “jump” back into the deal and continue with the transaction.

  12. eDeal Jacket At Deal Source: Select “Product Sale Deals” to find the deals that have been recapped. Click “Open” next to the deal to view the eDeal Jacket contents…

  13. Edit Deals (Close PS Deals) At Deal Source: Select “Product Sale Deals” to find the deals that have been recapped. Click “Close” in order for products sold in Product Sale Transactions to count in your F&I reports. Great news! Product Sale transactions are accounted for in product count and gross to enhance your PRU, but do NOT count as a deal.
