  1. Oracle Discoverer Viewer and Plus Access to End Users By Kranthi.K

  2. When logged in as System Administrator responsibility, go to the System Profiles and query up the "ICX: Discoverer use Viewer“ profile for user A which is a user that you want to use Viewer. Then you should be able to set the profile at 2 levels. At the site level set the profile to No and at the user level set the profile to Yes. For users that are going to use plus you do not need to set the profile because they will get the profile from the site level. Following is the query :- SELECT a.APPLICATION_ID , a.PROFILE_OPTION_ID , b.PROFILE_OPTION_NAME , a.LEVEL_ID , a.LEVEL_VALUE , a.PROFILE_OPTION_VALUE , a.LEVEL_VALUE_APPLICATION_ID FROM APPLSYS.FND_PROFILE_OPTIONS B, APPLSYS.FND_PROFILE_OPTION_VALUES A where b.application_id = a.application_id and b.profile_option_id = a.profile_option_id and b.PROFILE_OPTION_NAME like 'ICX_DISCOVERER_USE_VIEWER'
