  7. RAJAYOGA is mainly concerned with the maintenance, of the database related to the Candidate, Resource and Project Tracking systems. Previously it was an entirely manual process; however, later people found it difficult to implement the manual process when there are more clients. • So they wanted to make the process automated. For this, the RAJAYOGA was made automated, so that maintenance becomes easy. • The main purpose to develop this project is to overcome the time related problems and to overcome the errors related to the present manual system to a certain extent. Functionalities Client/Customers • Customer segmentation • Sales & Marketing Collaboration • Send Enquiries • Analytics & Reporting Candidate The Client would be able to register himself directly, by placing a self request through the software. He would get an acknowledgement email of his registration with the password. The Client after registering could place a Customer Request for a service, giving details of his requirements in the request. He would also be able to check the status of all the requests he has placed. • Lead & opportunity management • Registration • Searching Jobs • Quick Access to Jobs A Candidate would be able to register himself on the RAJAYOGA. He could also search for jobs matching his profile. The Candidate could apply for a job and view the status of his application online. The Candidate would also receive emails with the status of his job applications.

He would also be able to add services and product names. The Sales Admin would be able to view the Customer Request. He would be able to assign the Customer Request to a Sales Person with the load balance and other criteria. The Sales Admin would also view the Status of Customer and the status of the resource availability.

He could register a new Client. The Sales Person could also schedule the next action to be taken with the Client. He could keep a record of the Customer communication, the appointments and log the entire track of the process. A Resource can view his schedule and assignments for a particular day. He can view his pending and current tasks. He can checkout and check in his tasks. He can upload or download the documents for a particular task. Resource can set the appointments and he can upload/download the documents or send the meeting schedule. Resource can place a Leave Request. He can generate his time sheet and view the status of his Project.

The HR could change the Resource and time availability status according to opportunity and commitments. He could also maintain the resource utilization matrix. He could also post jobs, if a requested skilled resource is not available in advance. The HR could also schedule the next action with the Candidates. Supports different kinds of reports for management to make quick and informed business decisions. A part from these reports, you can view information from macro to micro level of any business transaction.

He can checkout and check in his tasks or activities. He can add the Project, add the relevant materials, add the documents and also add the Resources to a particular Project. He can create a Project and add the tasks or activities to a particular Project and assign the Resources to that task. He can view all the Project Reports, Resource Reports and Budget Reports as a dashboard pertaining to his Projects. He can view and approve the leave requests placed by the Resources under his Program. PM can check the resource availability.
