  3. Background • Sukamaju hamlet, Sukaresmi sub-district • Household: 240 • Low education & economic level • Bad physical infrastructure • Fifty % access clean water

  4. The Challenges Faced • Existing active community forum • History of bad local governance  Inaccessibility to local decision-makers (district legislative members) Lack of on-side supervision (accompanying?) Assessment comm engagement  POLICY ADVOCACY
