Sustainable Haiti Coalition • Conference Call Guidelines, Vision/Values: Please announce your arrival with name/organization; Say the One word code ‘Incoming’ to indicate you want to speak when you have something to add, follow-up with or ask during the meeting; Strike a balance between, Being Bold and Managing Air time, that is, do not hold back your contribution to the thinking and possibilities inherent in the group topic – we are striving to practice ‘Thinking Collectively’ on behalf of the (Our VISION) 100 Year Resilient Rebuilding of Haiti, and All Thoughts Are Allowed. Of course be sensitive to not go on and on…Inquiry follows input by members…After a presentation or introduction, we make room for clarifications and follow-up to last speaker rather than just put the next point on the table…This is a high performing team technique to balance Inquiry and Advocacy in idea building in groups & teams. Please suggest other Conference Call and Team Effectiveness practices to live out our value of living out a participative platform of Collab.
