  2. This project comes from the needs of an Orchid Grower. He needed a house that could be private house and a workshop (where he grows and sells Orchids) at the same time. House- workshop for Orchid’s Grower:

  3. The principal house- workshop’s facade is located in front of a big public square; the opposite one has a view to other buildings. Another side is adjacent to a house-workshop which belongs to an illusionist and the opposite side of that, faces some teachers’ residences. Context:

  4. This house-workshop has one cultivation area, a selling area and an exhibition area; these three areas are located in the first and second floor. In the area where the orchid grower lives, there is one principal room, one guest room and each one has it own bathroom. It also has a guest bathroom, a kitchen, a laundry-room, a studio and a big living room that has a view to the orchid garden. The cultivation area has three storage-rooms for the fertilizers and other things. It also has one office with a bathroom, one cultivation area and a selling area. Needs:

  5. The materials that I am going to use in my project are: glass for the windows and for an interior handrail, concrete for the walls and wood for the staircase. In general, my principal materials are glass, concrete and wood. Materials:

  6. The structure for the house is made of columns and beams with reinforced concrete. Structure:
