  3. 1.Back Ground • Launched in 2011; • Strengthen leadership capacity within key organisations SO1 • Design, launch and implement breakthrough projects SO2 • Design and implement innovative responses and SO3 • Create a community of teams committed SO4 • 68 participants drawn from Key 9 Institutions participated • Breakthrough projects prepared by participated entities

INVOLVMENT • The strategic engagement of the AAP in Ethiopia; • Organized and facilitated the program in collaboration of EPA (the Government of Ethiopia) and UNDP-Ethiopia; • UNDP was responsible for the recruitment of International and national consultants; • Documentation of best practice and Capacity Building Assessment • Designing of the sustainability of the program
