  2. What is Anxiety? • Anxiety is a natural reaction to stress. It’s perfectly normal to feel anxiety throughout life. On the first day of school, a big project at work or an important event can contribute to feelings of tension, physical change or worry. But having consistent bouts (every day or many days) with anxiety over six months is considered Anxiety Disorder. Knowing the root cause of the anxiety can help in identifying the problem and hopefully lead to the right solution for the condition.
