  2. The number of help wanted ads in Oregon fell by 600 in July.

  3. Demand for labor has leveled out for both Oregon and the U.S., but the level seems consistent with continued job growth.

  4. U.S. help wanted online ads saw small drop in July. • Number of ads in the U.S. fell 15,500 in July. • Employer demand still basically flat in 2014, but at a historically high level. • Number of new ads fell by 100,900 in July. • Number of ads was up in the West, but changes were relatively small for Oregon’s neighbors. • Nevada +1,600 • Oregon -600 • Washington -1,100 • California -1,800 • Idaho -1,800 • The number of help wanted ads fell in Bend and Corvallis. • Best labor demand trends are in Salem and Eugene.
