  5. Main Menu Drop down menu allows even quicker navigation to any area of the software. Press Enter For Next Slide

  6. One screen in Order Processing will allow you to choose from several different “modes” of operation. Press Enter For Next Slide

  7. The optional Drivers License Scanner automatically fills in the customers information and stores the image in the customer file. Press Enter For Next Slide

  8. Authorized Users can be added for each customer to help protect your customers business, and this information will print on the contract. The Drivers License option can also be used to help identify any employee who is renting under that particular account. Press Enter For Next Slide

  9. The Ship-To / Job Site Address is a way to keep valuable information about job sites while allowing your rental business to be protected for possible lien rights, assist in mapping deliveries, and set tax codes by job site. Press Enter For Next Slide

  10. The Order Header allows you to enter important information about the rental from length of rental, job location, delivery information and the option of the copying an old or existing invoice to online mapping, plus much more… Press Enter For Next Slide

  11. The Order Lines window gives you the ability to add Rental Equipment, Merchandise & Parts on one screen and in any order you desire. Press Enter For Next Slide

  12. The Order Line window also allows you to add or view important messages pertaining to each piece equipment that you select. Press Enter For Next Slide

Screen Messages can be modified to add any manufacturers specifications or general information on the item and can also be used to prompt the employee to ask questions about related rental or sales items. This will not print on the contract. Contract Line Message screen will allow you to add on additional information. This will print underneath the selected equipment on the quote, reservation, rental contract or sales invoice. Press Enter For Next Slide

  14. AlphaRENTAL will allow you to add multiple payments of any type (cash, check, credit card, coupon, etc.) to any transaction in the Payments screen. Press Enter For Next Slide

  15. View running history of payments that have been applied for that transaction. Press Enter For Next Slide

  16. Rental return screen displays the actual time the contract was open. You have the ability to generate a partial return on equipment while leaving an invoice open for the remaining items and you can charge for broken or missing items all from the same screen. Press Enter For Next Slide

  17. Message’s can be set to display reminders from hour meter to fuel usage. Example of how the message reminders can help generate more revenue for your business. Overage on hours will then pro-rate, charging for cleaning if returned excessively dirty and charging for fuel used. Press Enter For Next Slide

  18. Payments on the Return screen will display what type of payment was received and when it was received. Press Enter For Next Slide

  20. Order Header screen showing new “Dispatch / F7” button that is available in the Delivery / Pickup area. This allows you to see what other orders are being delivered or picked up that day, so you can make sure you are able to get the inventory to the customer on time and not over-promise your capabilities.   21. This is the new “Dispatch” screen that shows your delivery trucks and any orders on the day you are looking at. Please note the “Toggle / F9” button that let’s you toggle between your delivery trucks or your crew for scheduling. Press Enter For Next Slide

If you then select one of the orders from the prior screen, you can enter the estimated travel time and time needed on site to unload & setup or tear down & re-load truck; and then designate who you is going to be the truck driver and any crew members that are going to accompany the driver. The dispatch module will alert you of any overlaps with either truck schedules or crew schedules so that you are aware of them prior to anything causing problems. Press Enter For Next Slide

  23. Now that the job has been scheduled (from prior page) you can see how it shows up on the time schedule above. Colors are used to designate time in transit or on site, for each truck on each date. Orders are shown on the bottom of the screen and designated by color (on the left side of each order) if they have been scheduled on a specific truck. Press Enter For Next Slide

  25. Although the red cells would indicate a “Overlap – Warning”, this feature will show that your trucks can still be scheduled to make multiple deliveries or pick up’s all on the same trip. Press Enter For Next Slide

  26. Not only Reservations or Rental Contracts but Sales Invoices and Work Orders can all be scheduled on the Dispatch Module, plus you have the ability to scroll all of your orders and select them by delivery time or pick up time etc.. Press Enter For Next Slide

  27. With just a click of the mouse, you can easily move to the next day, next week or go back to a particular day. Having this ability will help in staffing just the right amount of drivers needed plus will help keep your business in D.O.T. compliance. Press Enter For Next Slide

  41. Work Order Processing enables you to keep track of repair cost to your equipment and have the ability to charge customers for any repair or process a warranty claims plus set up to 10 maintenance schedules on each piece of equipment. Press Enter For Next Slide

  42. Plus you have the ability to allocate charges to another branch for that repair. You can add an unlimited number of segments to a work order such as internal charges, rental return check outs to warranty work all on the same work order. Press Enter For Next Slide
