X-Europe Outreach Programme • Provide opportunities for students and professors in EIT-labelled education programmes • Activate start-ups in by building strong ties to innovation programmes and contests • Collaborate with key people: faculty members, researchers, innovation ecosystem actors • Organize events that are linked to EIT ICT Labs activities • Create awareness of EIT and its best practices

Outreach Program:Bilateral Partnerships • Benefits offered to non EIT ICT Labs’ universities • Opportunities to researchers to visit EIT ICT Labs partners/nodes for short periods • Opportunities to be guest lecturers at summer schools • Cooperation with action line leaders and business partners in mutually relevant projects • Benefits offered to students at the non EIT ICT Labs’ universities • Involve non EIT ICT Labs’ universities in the EIT ICT Labs programmes

EIT ICT LabsDoctoral School The EIT ICT Labs Doctoral School on ICT Innovation features three specific elements: • Hands-on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education consisting of two phases; Business Competence phase followed by a Business Development Experience • Mobility; six months of geographical mobility and six months of organizational mobility • Thematic alignment of the I&E thesis to the innovation areas of EIT ICT Labs
