  1. 槳的介紹 船槳的握法與肩同寬，右手握死右手關節和槳的上圓對齊，拿槳時槳的上圓在上(右轉時)右邊倒槳左邊正槳、(左轉時)左邊倒槳右邊正槳，槳有分上圓和下圓。

  2. 上船的方法 拿著槳壓著船，然後蹲下慢慢的一腳先跨進船內身體也順著移動，另一腳跨進船內身體也進到船內。

  3. 划船的方法握法左轉右轉 正槳 逆槳 划船時右手握死，左走握虛。左轉時左邊逆槳右邊正槳，右轉時右邊逆槳左邊正槳。

  4. 翻船後上船的方法 翻船後在水下把船翻正，然後腳在水裡踢蝶腳或是蛙腳讓身體上升然後趴在船上慢慢上去後穩定平衡。
