AGENDA - Session #1 • Overview • Review and respond to digital stories • Select a topic • Select a topic for a Digital Storytelling project that your students will create OR select a topic for a project that you will use during instruction • Create a desktop folder to store images, videos, and music resources • If time allows, begin pre-writing

AGENDA - Session #2 • Pre-writing: brainstorming, collecting images, researching, outlining, and storyboarding • Drafting: creating a script: • Select the content and text you would like to use for your digital story. • Begin to select the images you would like to use for your digital story. • Begin to select or prepare the audio you would like to use for your digital story. • Movie Maker:transfer your files to Movie Maker.

AGENDA - Session #3 • Continue to work on Storyboard, revising, editing, and publishing. • Modify number of images and/or image order, if necessary • Continue to prepare the audio you would like to use for your digital story • Use a computer microphone and record the narration of your script • Customize transitions • Preview your movie

  6. AGENDA - Session #4 • Publish your Digital Story. • Share your story on the Ning and SchoolWires website. • Evaluate your colleagues’ stories and post feedback via Ning. • Gather feedback about how the story could be improved, expanded, and used in your classroom.
