Bible Passages: • God: “Israel said terrible things against me.” (3:13a) • Israel: “what have we said against you?” (3:13b) • God: “Well, you said that it’s useless to serve me, right?” • God: “ You also said that it’s useless to obey my command and to feel sorry for your sins.” • God: “In addition to that, you mentioned that it’s blessed to be arrogant for evildoers get rich and those who challenge me suffer no harm.” (3:14-15). • God: “For your information, you’re totally wrong! I remember all those who fear me and serve me, And for those wicked ones, they will be judged” (3:16-18, 4:1-3)

  3. Lord of Heaven’s Armies: “They will be my people,” • God continues: “On the day when I act in judgment, they will be my own special treasure. I will spare them as a father spares an obedient child. Then you will again see the difference between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not.” (Mal 3:17-18) • He continues: “The day of judgment is coming, burning like a furnace. On that day the arrogant and the wicked will be burned up like straw. They will be consumed—roots, branches, and all.”(Mal 4:1) • He concluded: “But for you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture. On the day when I act, you will tread upon the wicked as if they were dust under your feet,” (Mal 4:2-3)

Rev 6:17) • Heedful – “alert, cautious, circumspect, conservative, considerate, guarded” – “I am the Lord, and I do not change. … return to me and I will return to you.” (Mal 3:6 – 16, 1 Pet 2:9) • Irreproachable – “blameless, clean-handed, clear, faultless, guiltless” – “But for you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing…” (Mal 3:16 – 4:6, Luke 1:78)
