Storage Plan • Hybrid inspection and plating in small clean room (to make more space in testing room) • Hybrid boxes will be labeled with batch number • Plated hybrids stored in big clean room • Bonded and tested hybrids stored in testing room • Sensors will have dedicated cabinet in clean room • Frames will be stored in anteroom cabinet • Tested modules will be moved to high bay daily and stored there until rod assembly • Fast track modules will have separate holding area in a cabinet in high bay Prepared by: Kirsten Affolder, UCSB

  4. Shipping/Receiving Duties • Unpack, sort, store all components • Prepare components for production • Inspect and plate hybrids • Inspect and barcode frames • Sort and pair sensors • Transport modules in and out of clean room (for gluing, testing, rod assembly) • Gluing modules in small clean room • Stock gantry cabinet with one week’s production components • Prepare all shipments (e.g., TEC modules to Europe) Prepared by: Kirsten Affolder, UCSB

To-Do List • Order 3 more cabinets and some extra shelves • Move small cabinets out of clean room into anteroom • Remove printer and set up computer in anteroom • Move hybrid inspection materials to small clean room • Build cart for transporting modules in and out of clean room • Rearrange some clean room and testing room cabinets • Set up inventory database of usable-only components Prepared by: Kirsten Affolder, UCSB
