Upon applying the tools, methods and strategies that I’m about to reveal to you, I’ve literally tripled my income overnight and it can happen to you too. You don’t need a big list or budget to use the Commissions Monster system and you can get started immediately. The Commissions Monster guide is the brainchild of my two amazing partners Edmund, Venkata, and I.

He speaks to large audiences around the world, and is considered one of the top Internet entrepreneurs in Asia.

Known by marketers as The # 1 Info Product Creation Expert, Venkata owns multiple successful businesses such as WarriorOutsourcing.com. He is one of the top affiliate marketers and his products were awarded Product Of The Day by various marketplaces. Naidy Phoon : As for myself I’m just a regular guy who was lucky enough to discover Internet marketing and have made myself a nice living using the power of the web. I’ve authored several top selling products in the Internet marketing space My portfolio is the least impressive J but I like to think that I know a thing or two about building and scaling an online business. We 3 have had an absolute blast bringing launching Commissions Monster together as we all bring different skills sets which complement each other.
WHY YOU NEED THE COMMISSIONS MONSTER SYSTEM You’ve invested in this guide so obviously the sales letter appealed to you in some way – you made an educated investment in the Commisisons Monster. But this is why, in my opinion the Commissions Monster system is crucial for anyone looking to make a lot of money as an affiliate. I’m not trying to re-‐sell you on the product, I just need you to understand why it’s important that you do it this way. The Double-‐Edged Sword That Is Affiliate Marketing The good thing about affiliate marketing is the barrier to entry is almost non-‐existant and anyone regardless of skills or experience level can get started.
The bad thing about affiliate marketing is the barrier to entry is almost non-‐existant and anyone regardless of skills or experience level can get started. The fact that anyone can get started is great because you don’t need skills or prior experience, or a big budget – but bad because you’re facing a lot of competition in a saturated space that houses the most unethical, hungry, desperate, hard-‐ working, intelligent and skilled people. But thankfully, you’ve made the wise choice of investing in this guide that will provide you with methods and strategies that allow you to bypass any competition and succeed as an affiliate. And when you use these simple yet powerful methods in this crowded space, you can make a lot of money.
The Commissions Monster Mindset Stop Using The F Word When I first wrote my first ebook, I sold it on a certain platfom for $3.99. And I was told by a “professional writer” that my book wasn’t worth $3.99 and I should lower my prices so that I’d “feel better”.
If I had listened to him , I wouldn’t have continued my journey, I wouldn’t have sold over 30000 copies of my own products in various niches which prices range from $7 to $997. As the font/grammar/punctuation scrutinizing writer struggles to pay rent, I’m making a good living online. Instead of being a “best-‐writing” author, I’ve become a “best-‐selling” author. His book is nowhere to be seen whereas one of mine is the #1/#2 result on Google for the keyword “how to write a non-‐fiction book in 24 hours” – Ironic, I know. You see, many affiliate markeaters misunderstand the concept of “value”. They think that each and every email that goes out to their susbcribers should be a FREE gift/guide/tutorial, and rarely do they ask for anything in return (affiliate promotions) And when they do, they get a bunch of unsubscribes; They think that length/quanity is proportional to value; They think that selling is evil.
But we Monsters know better. We know that value, like beauty -‐ is in the eyes of the beholder. Value means moving the consumer closer to their desired end goal. Value means giving people what they want – not what we think they want, not even what they think they want, but what they truly want; while, of course, solving their needs and problems. •$997 awesome Facebook course > Free but fluffy “yeah duh” article •$45 quality protein powder > $45 poor quality powder but beautifully packaged tub •$9.95 Commissions Monster > $497 outsourced fluffy “yeah-‐duh” basic no personality video course :) The act of promotion in itself is providing value as it has the potential to move your subscribers towards their goals. Selling is an extremely noble activity – if the product is good. If you feel apologetic and/or nervous about selling a product;
If you have to make the distinction between “value” and “promo”emails; If you don’t from the bottom of your heart believe that you’d be doing them a disservice by not selling it; If you don’t feel that the asking price is not a mere pittance of an investment compared to the results that they’ll get; If you feel the only way for you to justify marketing the product is to give it for free; If it’s not something that you’d have your family members use, You need to find a better product, which I’ll show you how to do right now.
Choosing Monster Affiliate Products It’s paramount that you only promote quality products for long term wealth. There are certain criteria that you should look at when choosing affiliate products : •Relevance/Congruence This is something that many affiliates overlook. They promote everything under the sun to their audience. This is unwise as it dis-‐associates them from your brand. Are you the weight loss for women over 40 expert? Then promote products tailored to them, like Garcinia Cambogia, not whey protein!
Always refer to how your list was built – was it one of your products? What was the traffic source? Other than that you can enter your offer (esp. if it’s a popular one) into Quantcast and see whether the demographics match your audience’s. You can also conduct surveys use tools like Survey Monkey to your subscribers to find out what they want, and give it to them! •Quality/Value Like I said before different people gauge value/quality differently. Regardless you always want to vet the product before sending it out. One mess-‐up could cost you your audience’s trust and destroy your income source. I’ve never promoted anything that I haven’t tested/used/vetted.
Make sure to ask the vendor for a review copy or purchase it yourself. Most of the time you’ll be able to get a review copy esp. if you’re promoting intangible products which don’t cost anything to the vendor to give away. If not, just move on to another one. Also look for reviews of the product online – a single Google search will yield a ton of reviews. Be wary of “negative marketing” affiliates though, there are some who would rank for “scam” keywords who are actually promoting the product. •Profitability After checking for the quality and relevance of the offer, the final criteria is to determine your potential earnings. Here are the metrics to determine profitability. Price : Pretty self-‐explanatory Conversion Rate : The % of page visitors who purchase the product.
Earnings Per Click/Value Per Visitor (EPCs) : The total dollar amount earned divided by the amount of clicks/visitors Depending on your industry, ideally you’ll want to promote a product with EPCs of $1 and above. This reflects that the offer has had a good track record in giving affiliates a good return on their traffic. The natural tendency is to select the offer with the highest EPCs. But that’s not always wise. For example, you may see that an offer has an EPC of $100. That’s great, right? You’ll be making $100 for each click that you send. Not necessarily. They price point of the product may be $10,000 and the conversion rate may be 0.01%, meaning you’d have to send 10,000 visitors to generate a sale, and this may not be possible when you’re first starting out.
Marketplaces There are a ton of sites where vendors list their products and affiliate programs. Here are some examples of some popular marketplaces and the way to hunt for good offers : Clickbank, WarriorPlus and JVZOO
The Commissios Monster Method Now, I’m going to reveal the Monster method that we use to make thousands of dollars in daily commissions. This is a true and tested method that allows us to obliterate the competition and make big bucks as an affilaite on a consistent basis. The system works, period. The Monster method that made me go from $500-‐$700/day to $2200+/day and beyond. It allowed me to make 5 figures from a single affiliate promotion, beating affiliates (and teams of affiliates) who have ten times my list size. Excited? Let’s go. Now, there are 2 parts to the Monster method.
Part I (a) : Your Monster Bonuses We’re going to be creating a bonus page offering your bonuses -‐ But not just any bonus page. A Monster bonus page. Not just any bonuses, Monster bonuses! Like I said previously the barrier of entry to affiliate marketing is so low that you must find a way to differentiate yourself from the crowd. And a great way to do this is to offer bonuses during your affiliate promotions.
The reason bonuses are so powerful is that people love getting the most bang out of their buck. The want the maximum value for something that they’ll be buying anyway. That’s why Groupon dominates all other “offer curation” sites out there, they offer awesome deals that aren’t available anywhere else. It’s absolutely crucial to offer bonuses if you’re serious about your affiliate promotions, especially if you’re promoting network marketing/MLM companies (which I’m not) where the competition is crazy-‐stiff. But even with bonuses, you’ll be facing stiff competition. But with Monster bonuses you won’t have to worry. Monster bonuses meaning original, quality, limited, complimentary and exclusive bonuses. Most people just grab some PLR products, slap their name on it and offer them as bonuses -‐ man, some people just offer them as is! While it’s better than having no bonus, “better than nothing” just doesn’t cut it for us Monsters. I’m known (at least to my subscribers) for having Monster bonuses. They’re always exclusive (not for sale anywhere else -‐
only for the affiliate product), limited (expires after x days), original (hand-‐written/create/coded by myself or my team), and complementary (adds-‐on to the affiliate product) Yes, you NEED to create or outsource your bonus, no two-‐ways about it. Your subscribers will see the difference and your results. When you take regular action you’ll see regular results, when you take Monster action you’ll see Monster results. Don’t worry it’s easy. Here are some formats of bonuses that you could create : -‐Accelerators These are things that speed up the results of your subscribers and saves them time. Examples of these are cheatsheets, done-‐for-‐you services, homework sheets, etc.. These are super simple to create – you just need to do a little bit of research.
-‐Automators Things that automate the methods taught in the affiliate product. Examples of these are plugins, software, etc.. If you’ve got the technical know-‐how you could go for this. -‐ Premium/Upgraded Version of the Affiliate Product You can simply offer a better, more advanced, more detailed version of the affiliate product. For example if the product consists of 10 sites that people could use to get free content, your bonus could be an additional 10 sites. -‐ Different Formats of Main Product If the affiliate product is in the form of a PDF, you could create an audio/video version of it and offer it as a bonus. -‐ Coaching/Consulting Pretty self-‐explanatory here. This can be quite valuable if you’ve got some authority in the niche and/or are willing to
devote more personal attention. The coaching or consulting can be in the form of email, Skype calls, phone calls, group webinars, etc… ** Here’s how you can tell whether your bonus is a Monster bonus. Can it be sold as a stand-‐alone product? Would you be proud to release it to the market? If yes, then it’s a Monster product ; if no, then it’s not.
Part I(b) : Connecting The Bonus Download There are many affiliate platforms like WarriorPlus and JVZOO which allow you to attach your bonuses to your affiliate links, if not just tell people to email you after purchase and send them their download file. It’s good for your long-‐term deliverability too because it shows the ISPs that people are interacting with you, but I usually just connect it cause ain’t nobody got time for that, ha!
You can deliver your bonus by attaching the direct download link if it’s a PDF or zip file, or you can have a bonus page or even just a txt. File containing the links.
Part I(c) : Your Monster Bonus Page Your bonus page is the page where you send your subscribers to in order to find out more about your bonus offer. If you’ve followed along so far, you know that we’re not just gonna create a plain old bonus page. What are we going to create? What’s that? That’s right, a MONSTER bonus page! There are many ways to create your bonus page, such as HTML templates (Some vendors provide these, just plug and play) or drag-‐and-‐drop page builders such as Clickfunnels, Landing Page Monkey or Unbounce. There are a couple of important elements when it comes to creating your Monster bonus page.
•The Headline You don’t need to be a copywriting genius here, all you have to do is to copy/mimic the headline of the sales page of the affiliate offer. That way the entire experience is seamless – they click through from your bonus page and end up on the sales page, both with same/similar headlines. If you wish you could craft your own headline. I’ve done this in several occassions when I’ve found that the vendor hasn’t done a good job in identifying the offer’s main “hook” or “big promise”. Make sure you’ve got specificity, i.e. numbers. How much weight will they lose? How many recipes are there? How much traffic will they get? Make sure these are claims that the actual vendor is making though. •A Countdown Timer Scarcity is key in the Monster method and a countdown timer really works well to instill some urgency.
You want to make sure the scarcity is real though, remove the bonuses after the bonus period. There are many countdown timers online such as countdownto.com or Scarcity Samurai. Some page builders come with in-‐house countdown timers too.
•Introduction (Text/Video) Basically a short video/paragraph welcoming your subscribers, telling them a bit about the offer and the product. Appearing on camera really builds trust and rapport with your subscribers, but if you’re not comfortable with that a photo/avatar will suffice. •Product Walkthrough People love product walkthroughs, as they want to feel secure about their purchase by knowing exactly what they’ll get after purchase.
You can use screen recording tools like Screen-‐O-‐Matic or Jing, or if you don’t want to do that you can simply capture screenshots using software like Skitch. •Bonus Titles & Description Don’t just list your bonuses, sell them! Your Monster bonuses are valuable, let your subscribers know that! You want to emphasize the benefits that they’ll get when they get your hands on your bonuses.
•Call To Action And Sign Off You can have a simple line of text which links them to the sales page (make sure to use your affiliate link!) but ideally you want to have a button which tells them to click through and purchase and get their bonuses.
You should also include some instructions on how to claim their bonuses – do they have to contact you? Have you gotten it attached to the link, etc.. You’d be surprised at how many people struggle to download their bonuses. FREE TRAINING: "How to Earn a 6-Figure Side-Income Online click here
Part II (a) : Planning Your Monster Campaign Now I need you to pay very close attention to this part of the Monster method. Used properly, you can easily make thousands of dollars from a single affiliate promotion. You’d be amazed at how well these Monster campaigns work. Before proceeding you need to plan our your promotion. We’re going to choose a single soon-‐to-‐launch product. My coach Michael Cheney always says “The Money Is In The Launch”. And I totally agree. Not just for the vendor, but for us too as affiliates. While the Monster method can be used on evergreen products, you want to do it for a launch for maximum effect. Firstly, you’d be running for affiliate contests! Now this may seem inconceivable if you never landed on a leaderboard,
but using the Monster method it will be an inevitable outcome. Furthermore, we want to create the “event” factor in our affiliate promotion. People love new and events, and even more so, new events! You may think that promoting launches is a bad idea because there are so many people promoting it at the same time, but this actually works in your favor because there will be a lot of market awareness about the product, and people would probably be being it anyway, all you have to do is to present them with your awesome deal. There are many launch sites that you can use to scout for upcoming product launches, two popular ones in the Internet marketing space are Muncheye and WarriorJV, whereas JVNotifyPro has listings from other niches as well. After choosing your product, you need to get in touch with the vendor to determine the exact launch sequence. Will there be a pre-‐launch? An early-‐bird? A prize freeze? Coupon codes? Some people don’t display this information on their JV/Affiliate page so you need to ask them.
Knowing the launch sequence is crucial as our promotion will be based on it. FREE TRAINING: "How to Earn a 6-Figure Side-Income Online click here
Part II (b) : The Affiliate Campaign Monster Pre-‐Launch Promo If the vendor is running a pre-‐launch campaign, you’ll want to send your subscribers to it – so that they’re cookied and you’ll be credited for future sales, and that they’re nurtured by the vendor and well prepped for the offer when it goes live. Make sure to keep at it, don’t go promoting anything else, people love consistency, you don’t want to create dissonace in the minds of your subscribers, remember the event factor. If there’s no pre-‐launch phase, you’ll have to do one on your own. The pre-‐sell is crucial to keep that event factor, to make your subscribers aware of your bonus package and to prep them for the launch. The length of your pre-‐sell period is generally proportional to the price of the offer. If it’s a $7-‐$47 product, usually a 1-‐2 day pre-‐sell will suffice.
What you want to do is identify a problem that your subscribers are having, position the product as the perfect solution to that problem, let them know about your bonus, and include a call to action. Ex. It’s difficult to cure acne. I know, I’ve been there – I was known as the “pimple monster” -‐ it destroys your self-‐esteem and it hurts you mentally, emotionally and even physically! (I hated those visits to the beauty salon) But after using xxx product, my acne began to clear up after a few days, and after 3 months of use, I’m FINALLY acne free! I feel much more confident now and don’t have to wear concealer every single day anymore, and I LOVE taking photos now. It’s all thanks to xxx product, and the company running a very special sale tomorrow. But you know, acne products can be difficult to understand sometimes. That’s why I created a acne product handbook and I’ll give it to you if you purchase xx product via my link tomorrow. Also I’m including a ton of other crazy bonuses that you do not want to miss out! (Optional : Link to bonus page with timer counting down to launch)
Tomorrow, at xam EST, check your inbox for an email from me, I’ll be sending you a link so that you can get xx product at its early-‐bird price. Regards, YOUR NAME I created the above example on the fly, I’m sure you can create a better one, but you get the idea! Fun Fact : The story above is that of mine ** If you’re promoting an evergreen product this could be the actual email where you promote the product. You’ll want to create some urgency though, ex. Bonus expires in xx days.
Monster Launch Promo By this point your subsribers should be well warmed up and have made their minds up on whether the offer interests them. On launch day, you’ll want as many people to click through as possible. A short message + call to action and a short note for those that didn’t get your previous email. Ex. XX product is now live! If you’re scratching your head at the moment, you must have missed my email yesterday. This is the key to finally stop struggling with acne and finally have the crystal clear skin that you’ve been dreaming about! It’s on an early bird now, and I’ve got a ton of awesome bonuses for you, So click here to get it now! (Link to bonus page) See You In ClearLand :) YOUR NAME
Monster Mid-‐Launch Promo You’re going to be promoting throughout launch week, and before you start worrying about unsubscribes and reduced responsiveness, let me tell you why this won’t be the case. Firstly, people love and need to remain consistent in their minds. People hate to think that they’ve made bad decisions. If you’re promoting different offer every day – or even every other day, you’re creating a lot of dissonance in the minds of your subscribers. Conversely, if you continue to promote one single product throughout the week you’d actually be making your subscribers feel better as you’re showing such confidence in the product. Secondly, it’s very, very wishful thinking to assume that most people on your list have seen your offer. If you’re really good you may have gotten a 15-‐20% open rate. Most of the time it’s less. How about those who haven’t seen your offer? This screenshot of one of my old email accounts really shows you how badly people are indundated daily with different offers.
It’s not as painful for them to receive your single email as you might think. It’s actually a big commitment to go ahead and unsubscribe as one has to actually open on the message and do it. You’d be surprised at how many more sales you’ll continue to make throughout the week, which indicates that many people haven’t seen your offer or were on the fence. When I increased my email frequency but reduced the number of offers, my income literally tripled overnight.
Throughout the week you’ll want to be educating your subscribers, both on their problem and the offer. You can do this in the form of lists, popular myths, facts, anecdotes, FAQs or more problem-‐solution emails, and then linking to the offer. Monster Closing Promo It’s been a long journey, but here’s where the party really starts. If you’ve done everything correctly and have followed the launch sequence, there will naturally be scarcity in your promotions as vendors usually have a launch-‐end price bump/cart close. Use it in your promotions. People absolutely hate to miss out on a good deal, and the scarcity will also compel people who were on the fence to take action. If there aren’t any price bumps/cart closes, create your own scarcity with the expiration of your bonuses. On the last day of the launch you really want to hit it hard, with 3 or even 4 emails counting down the impending price increase/cart close/bonus expiry. Send out your “last chance”/”final notice”/”are you in” emails. You’ll be shocked at the results that you’ll get with this closing promo. It’s almost obscene.
Conclusion On behalf of my partners Edmund and Venkata, I want to thank you, my friend (if you’ll give me the honor) for following along and I’m 100% confident that you’ll be blown away by the results you’ll get with the Commissions Monster system, especially if it’s the first time you’re trying it. What’s important now is that you take your newfound knowledge and take action! We look forward to hearing your success story.
