  6. two types of coaches • Systems Coaches: Provide technical assistance to Building Leadership Teams on problem-solving, data-based decision-making, accessing resources, and other systems level issues • Instructional Coaches: Provide support to individual teachers on instruction, classroom management, and other classroom-based practices
