3. Purpose • Brief the Science Advisory Board on the Transition Policy and next steps to address Research Review Team recommendation

4. Issue RRT Recommendation: “…address directly the transition of research to operational products and the provision of services.” NOAA Response: “NOAA will develop a policy for transferring research to operations and information services.”
