  1. Government of Canada Programs to Support Homebuyers •First-Time Homebuyer Incentive: To make the purchase of a new listings mission BC more affordable, it seeks to implement a mortgage program with shared equity. This project would seek to reduce the mortgage payments required to own a property and continue to maintain greater access to the Registered Retirement Savings Plan. •Canada Training Benefit: This type of loan will give workers money to help pay for studies and training. Likewise, in coordination with the governments of the provinces and territories, offer labor protection so that the beneficiaries can take the time they need to train. •Lower interest rates on student loans: To encourage education, the government proposes to extend the grace period for interest-free payments to six months after the borrower has completed his studies. Within this project, it is mentioned the creation of 84,000 jobs for students per year with an approximate date during 2023 or 2024. •Creation of the Canadian Drug Agency: To help reduce prescription drug costs, the government proposes to create this new body to benefit in cost reduction of approximately $ 3 billion a year. This plan includes the development of a national prescription drug formulary and a strategy to lower prices in medicine for rare diseases. •Exemption from the Guaranteed Income Supplement for Seniors: In order to keep Canadian seniors in the workforce, it is proposed to exempt them from this payment so that they can keep most of their income.

  2. •Infrastructure support to municipalities: The increase of $ 2,200 million is mentioned through the federal Gasoline Tax Fund, to ensure that municipalities have the funds to pay for repairs and important local projects. •High Speed Internet Access: For all Canadian homes and businesses, a speed of 50 Mbps will be offered no matter where they live or are located. •Energy cost reduction: By partnering with the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, it seeks to increase energy efficiency in homes, businesses and multi-use establishments. In addition, incentives will be introduced for those who purchase vehicles with electric batteries or hydrogen fuel cells with a manufacturer's suggested retail price of less than $ 45,000. •Reconciliation with indigenous peoples: In order to improve relations with the Inuit and Merit peoples of Canada, investments that improve the quality of water in the region where they live are promoted; preservation, study and revitalization of indigenous languages; improve the quality of education and health care for indigenous children; promote indigenous business and entrepreneurship.
