Introduction Particles Fields Package is 6 of 8 of the MAVEN instruments STATIC, SWIA, SEP (SSL) SWEA (SSL, IRAP) LPW/EUV (LASP) MAG (GSFC) All instrument interface electrically with the spacecraft through the PFDPU (SSL) Total of 7 separate elements will be reviewed in two parts on Oct 30th (today) and Nov 19th.

PFP Status All RFAs are closed On track to deliver to the PFDPU and all instruments except SWEA on November 26th SWEA is undergoing diagnostics and rework to address high voltage discharges SEP, SWIA, MAG and LPW/EUV have finished environmental testing and calibration All instruments will go through package-level testing prior to shipping STATIC and SWEA will have a final calibration after environments ATLO Readiness Review (AIRR) will be held prior to integration.

  4. Requirements Verification SSL, LASP and GSFC provides verification matrix status, verification and test reports Open verifications pending FSW test, package-level testing, and SWEA, STATIC calibrations and remaining environmental testing GSFC team reviews verifications and provides concurrence Bob Bartlett, Jean Huber and Kristina Safdie leading the effort for Martin Houghton Expert discipline support: Corbett Smith, Tom Jackson, Sara Haugh, Isaac McGinnis, Philip Chen, Dan Powers, Dave Folta, Regan Howard, Tom Ajluni, Johnny Pelish, Syed Aziz.
