  1. 2012 All-Stars for Patterson Park 9 & 10 year old tryouts: Saturday, June 2 from 4:00 – 6:00pm (Scott Field) Sunday, June 9 from 12:00 – 2:00pm (Diamond #1) Players are encouraged, but not required, to attend both days (if rained out on the 2nd , the 9th will be the only tryout) Location: 6/2 - H.A. Scott Field, 6/9 – Diamond #1 What to bring:Must have consent form & copy of original birth certificate Patterson Park provides an opportunity for select players – those who best represent the combined attributes of physical ability, baseball knowledge, positive attitude and dedication to baseball as a team sport – to compete successfully in All-Star play. Participation in All-Stars is a tremendous commitment for the player and their family. Players must have participated in 60% of their regular season games. In addition, they should be able to commit to attending 85% of practices scheduled by their manager. The teams typically run from the end of the regular season until about the third weekend of July. Most teams participate in a July 4th weekend tournament along with other tournaments. Actual schedule is set by the manager.
