Congenitalis struma congenitalis struma hypothyreosis hyperthyreosis Formái:primer, szekunder, tercier Klinikai tünetek: Diagnózis: - újszülöttkori szűrővizsgálatok - hormon meghatározások: TSH, fT4 - autoantitestek: THRAK, THYRAK, anti-TPO - radiológiai vizsgálat: pajzsmirigy UH - izotóp diagnosztika: pajzsmirigy szcintigáfia • - elhúzódó icterus • - etetési nehézség • - tág kiskutacs • - száraz bőr • - izomhypotonia • - praetibialis myxoedema • - köldöksérv • - obstipáció Terápia: L-thyroxin: 8-15 µg/ttkg/nap Prognózis:kezelés mellett jó

Esetismertetés III/1, S- 40., 3660 g születési súllyal, Apgar 6/8 status, sectio caesarea inspiratoricus stridor, nehézlégzés intubálás PIC Status: mindkét oldalon 2x3 cm nagyságú diffúz struma tapintható Pajzsmirigy ultrahang: a pajzsmirigy mindkét lebenye megnagyobbodott, szemcsés, inhomogén szerkezetű. A jobb lebenye 35-40x15x17 mm, a bal lebeny 35x17x18 mm. Az isthmus 7 mm. Laboratóriumi paraméterek: 8 µg/ttkg/nap L-Thyroxin
