  2. Parking Lot Extravaganza • Volunteers-Registration, Salesmen, Comfort food attendants, Car Wash attendants. • Donators for sales • Comfort food contributors • Travel Team- Team Cards, Program ad follow ups. • Arrival Times

  3. Program Ad Update • Current total $1500 • Parent Challenge. You can e-mail prospective advertisers.

  4. Pancake Breakfast • Champions-Gayle Stone/ Dawn Nicholas • Volunteers needed- Decorations, Silent Auction, Food donations etc.

  5. Helmets • Will be ordering fifty new Riddell (Speed) helmets. • We received significant donations from several friends of the Mt. Hebron Football Program.

  6. OTA Month

  7. CAMPS/ 7 on 7 • We will be participating in a number of camps this summer. Many on college campuses. The purpose of these camps will be Teaching, Evaluating and Team building, but they will also provide and opportunity for the student/athlete to be evaluated by college coaches.

  8. 7on 7/Big Skill Calendar • Howard Cty 7 on 7 at Oakland Mills park.Tues/Thurs during the month of June. Players will divided into two groups. • June 2nd BTC 7 ON 7 at St Paul’s HS, June 9th at Fredrick HS. Twenty players per team. $20 per session. • June 16th 7on 7/Big Skill at Maryland. Twenty players per team. $20 per session. All Big Skill players can attend.$60per camper. Discounted with 10 or more Linemen • June 23rd 7on 7/Big Skill at Penn St CANCELLED. Looking for and alternative. • July 14th 7on 7/Big Skill at Towson .Twenty players per team. $20 per session. All Big Skill players can attend.$25 per camper • Saturday 7 on 7 groups will consist of returning Varsity players who have earned the opportunity based on Coach Zacharias evaluation. Based on numbers aspiring player will have and opportunity to participate. • July 27-29 Team camp at Univ of Maryland. $325 overnight.275 commuter. All current Mt Hebron players can attend

  9. Travel Team • Need Parent volunteers for transportation to 7 on 7 and Big Skill camps. • If a student athlete drives, I would like to have a parent permission slip for the driver and any passengers. • I would prefer that we all leave at the same times. Meet at the school.
