  4. RECTIFICACIÓN DATOS MANIFIESTO EER INGRESO (Datos Generales y Detalle) Automático Nuevo Rectificación automática hasta antes de la destinación aduanera. La guía no tenga tarja al detalle, de tenerla, no solicitar rectificar bultos ni pesos. Cód. Empresa Transp., Cód. DTEER y/o Número de Vuelo (antes registro inicio traslado del punto de llegada al DTEER) Rectificación del Consignatario. La guía no tenga ACE asociada La guía no debe tener destinación total o parcial. • La guía no debe haber sido rectificada (rectificación electrónica con evaluación previa, funcionario aduanero). • La guía no haya rectificado el número de guía. • No puede rectificar en automático la descripción de la mercancía.

  5. RECTIFICACIÓN DATOS MANIFIESTO EER (Número de Guía) Automático Nuevo La guía no tenga actas de incautación, inmovilización o aviso de inspección (ACE) asociada. Se elimina la siguiente regla: El sistema verifica que el manifiesto EER, no tenga registrada la fecha y hora del inicio de traslado del punto de llegada al DTEER. • La guía solicitada a rectificar, no debe tener tarja al detalle. • La guía no debe haber sido rectificada (rectificación electrónica con evaluación previa, funcionario aduanero). • La guía no haya rectificado el número de guía.
