  14. EDUCATION – 50% Increase in Graduation Rate by 2020 in Kent County Children and youth will achieve key academic markers Children will be prepared for kindergarten Children and young adults will achieve key social emotional / developmental markers

  15. INCOME“All residents will be gainfully employees earning a livable wage” Persons attain / maintain employment Individuals and families build assets to support self-sufficiency The barriers to achieving economic sufficiency are decreased because basic needs are addressed

HEALTH“All residents will make healthy life choices” • Individuals/Families/Children • Increase healthy behaviors • Increase personal responsibility for health • Decrease risk that affects physical/behavioral health Individuals/Families/Children have increased access to quality physical and behavioral health services Persons better manage chronic, physical, and behavioral health conditions The incidence of violence, abuse, neglect and other risk factors related to physical and behavioral health are reduced
