To Roy for Stellar Customer Service!!! • Hey Guys, • While in Bay St Louis today David asked me to compliment the Picayune driver (Roy) on his service and attitude.  He said some of this comes from a recent event where Roy left a tote of their freight in Slidell.  He said Roy called the store at approximately 6:30 am and told him that he thought he would be short a tote and that he thought it may be in Slidell.  Roy called Slidell and confirmed then called David to show his distraught and asked what he could do to help.  Turns out it was not a special order tote and required no special attention.  However the proactive effort went a long way with David and Keith.  Please thank Roy for his extra effort and let him know the it was very much appreciated.  • Thanks again • Chad • Account Executive
