  3. Health Insurance If you have purchased secondary insurance, please be sure to give me a copy of the policy and include a copy in your luggage

  4. Gratuities and Currency Please pay your $88 gratuity to Mrs. Beveridge in the office by February 25th Bring US dollars – we will convert to local currency when we arrive (if need be). $200 cash should be plenty but be sure to have access to more funds (Visa or Debit) Contact your bank to inform them of your travel. Express Currency Exchange Special Rate

  5. Visiting the Local School What are we bringing? One small item each: pencil crayons, felts, colored chalk, colored paper, crayons, games, Canada souvenirs

  6. Flights March 15th – Meet at the airport NO LATER than 6:15 We will meet at the First Nations carving at the international terminal We will get our tickets as a group and attempt to pick our seats.

  10. BAGGAGE RULES H One checked bag (62”) MUST WEIGHT LESS THAN 50 LBS Overweight charges start at $100! What can I carry on? One carry on item. Cannot exceed 45” and must fit in overhead bin One personal item (purse, small backpack/tote. Cannot exceed 36” and must fit under the seat in front of you Additional items allowed: coat, blanket or pillow, book W L Checked = 62 Linear” (L+W+H)

  11. Packing Liquids Place all carry-on liquids in a clear 20cm x 20cm (8”x 8”) ziplock bag Items CANNOT exceed 100ml Bag must close completely Pack so this is easily removed for inspection Larger liquids MUST be packed in checked bag

In Your Bags • In your carry-on: • Passport, Id, Cash, Credit Card, Notary Form, US Declaration • Glasses/contacts • Granola Bar • Books • Music and headphones • Charger • Camera – extra battery (humidity can zap) • Earplugs • Anti-nausea medication • Daily Medications • Advil • Tissue (travel size) • Cards • Gum • Toothbrush and Paste • Hand cream and lip balm • Sweater or light wrap and socks

In Your Bags • In your checked bag: • Toiletries and Hair care • Travel size laundry soap • Travel size hair dryer • Socks and Undergarments • Sleepwear • Bathing suits and towel • Shorts (most days) • T-shirts/tanks/long sleeve • Long pants (light weight) • Something dressy • Sweatshirt/hoodie • Travel wear • Hat and sunglasses • Runners (suggest wearing on plane) • Sandals and water shoes • Snacks • Journal • Light jacket • Lightweight rain jacket and travel size umbrella • Copy of passport and Notary
