  4. amur • There are only 400-500 amur tigers left in the world. • These tigers are considered endangered. • Efforts have been made to curb poaching tigers.

  5. food The amurtiger is known as being a carnivore. It eats pigs, deer, and buffalo. Their prey is carefully waiting on them.

  6. Tiger life • In the wild they live 15 to 20 years. • In zoo’s they live 26 years. • Their gestation is 103 days.
