  1. Our plan for our Franchise Created by: Nelda G. and Karina M. Three-Eight-Two-Thousand and Eleven

  2. Deciding what franchise we can afford • Seeing that we might be able to set up a Hampton Hotel, our first step would be to see how much is the start up money, and also see if it’s with in our budget. As we found in our research: • Total investment: $3,716,000 - $13,148,800,Franchise fee: $50,000,Ongoing royalty fee: 5%,Term of agreement: 22 years, renewable. • Together we say that this type of business we are interested in, sounds reasonable.

  3. First step of creating a franchise • is choosing a franchise • Karina and I (Nelda) are looking for a franchise to were we could make money in the business world. We are looking for something in between the budget of $3,800,000-$14,000,000. • In doing so, we come across an ad of making a Hampton hotel one of our own. We’ll see if we can take up on the deal.

  4. To be sure that you will be safe • We believe that in order for use to be safe in what we plan to do, Which is to open up our own Hampton Franchise, is to have a Franchise Attorney. To be sure that everything will run smoothly. • Cohen Mohr's Franchise Practice, after doing some research on this Attorney, they seems to be the right place for the business. Since he is an Attorney for franchisers, we believe he will do a good job for us. • Now all that’s left is to get a loan from the bank, to start up. Knowing how much we will need, we can began making a business plan, for the bank to be interested in investing in our business.

  5. After taking the deal • We must see if the business have been successful before hand, what kind of Qualifications are expected and to just be sure that the company is not a fluke. • Business Experience: Industry experience, General business experienceOperations, Number of employees needed to run franchised unit: 25, Absentee ownership of franchise is allowed. • Franchise500® rank:#1 (2011); #4 (2010); #21 (2009); #32 (2008); #26 (2007); • Fastest- Growing Franchises:#23 (2011); #22 (2010); #28 (2009); #50 (2008); #65 (2007); • It seems as if Hampton has been successful though out their years, we believe that this business will be a success.

  6. Preparing a Business plan • also, not only will we be creating a business plan, for a loan from the bank, we will be creating a guide line for us to follow, and goals to achieve. • Okay we plan to build our hotel with 20 floors, the 1st will be the lobby. So building the building and hiring people will be about $20.000 dollars from our $14,000,000. in total will be leaving us $13,980,000. • Alright now the furniture, there will be 665 rooms total and $700 dollars worth of furniture in each. Leaving us a grand total of $13,514,500. • With the $13,514,500, we will pay for the kitchen and food, to be made. Which will be about $10,000, leaving us $13,504,500. • all activities (pools, gym, bb court, racket ball, all fun things we can’t think of off the top of our head. including mini bars at the pool, and activities for kids.) will be about $300,000, giving us $10,504,500. • Est. of savings for supplies of everything for every month will be about $20,000. • Leaving us $10,484,500. • And every employees will be paid every month about $4,000,000 divided by 800 employees leaving us $6,484,500 • This money will never go away!!!!!!! =P
