  25. 4 Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News.

  26. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God.

  27. 2. The heart is spiritually dead& follows Satan

  28. Eph2:1-3

  29. Once you were dead because of your disobedience and your many sins.

  30. 2 You used to live in sin, just like the rest of the world, obeying the devil—the commander of the powers in the unseen world.

  31. He is the spirit at work in the hearts of those who refuse to obey God.

  32. 3 All of us used to live that way, following the passionate desires and inclinations of our sinful nature.

  33. By our very nature we were subject to God’s anger, just like everyone else.

  34. The narrow way is a difficultway

  35. Matthew 7:14

  36. But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it.

  38. Isaiah 35:8

  39. And a great road will go through that once deserted land. It will be named the Highway of Holiness. Evil-minded people will never travel on it.

  40. It will be only for those who walk in God’s ways; fools will never walk there.

  41. 2. The narrow road is difficult

  42. Luke 14:28
