Essonne’s policy • Leading role of General Council of Essonne : • Greenhouse Gas Emissions Auditing • 2 most emitting sectors : transport & housing (heat) • Identifying priority actions • Helping and facilitating initiatives of green energy & sustainable materials production • Helping and facilitating economic development in the field of cleantech (creation of NOVA GREEN)
