  2. PROJECT GOALTo produce, in anticipation of a fall town meeting in 2019, facility options for town voters: fully renovate and continue to provide community programs at Caryl or build a new community center facility Caryl Community Center Project

Status Completed to Date • Confirmed Caryl full renovation and maintenance costs • Visited or surveyed by phone nine “like” towns – using population, wealth, and tax base as criteria • Visited community centers in seven neighboring towns – facility type, programs, space allocation, lessons learned Next Steps • Conduct analysis of information collected • Prepare material for resident forums • Create a multi-channel communications strategy Caryl Community Center Project
