  2. 1. Log on to www.imtce2014.com

  3. 2. Please click on the Login/Register button to start signing up for an account.

  4. 3. For those that have an account, please log in and for those that have yet to sign up for an account, please do so. Log in here. Sign Up for an account.

  5. 4. Once you sign in, you can register for other Events, Masterclasses, make Payments , submit Abstract and modify your own profile.

  6. 5. Once you click on submit Abstract, you will be led to this page. Fill up the details and upload the Abstract/Synopsis. Submit and upload your abstract here. Fill the biographical form and then click the submit button on the bottom of the page.

  7. 6. A pop out with the message will appear once the submit button is clicked. However, please wait for the ACCEPTANCE LETTER BEFOREmaking any registration or payment as a Conference Presenter. Acceptance of abstract is subject to the approval of co-chairpersons. However, please note that you can still REGISTER for Masterclasses, IMM Tour to Malacca, Conference Friendly Golf, and Plant Visits. Please do make the payment as soon as possible to secure a place in these exciting events.

  8. 7. Once you have received the Acceptance Letter, click on the register button. Please SELECT ANY OF THE 3 BUTTONS accordingly,to register as a Conference Presenter. You can also register for other activities too. Click here to change the currency. Select the category here.

  9. 8. Once you have selected the category that you want, select the mode of payment and then click proceed. Select mode of Payment here. Click here to proceed.

  10. 9. Check the details for the activities that have been selected and click submit to do payment. Click here to change the currency. Click here to proceed.

  11. 10. You will then receive this notification. Please proceed with payment via paypal. Click “Ok” to proceed to paypal to make the payment.

  12. 11. Fill in your particulars and click to make the payment. An E-Receipt will be issued once payment is made successfully. Fill in the particular and click the button Pay.

  13. Congratulations, you are now a registered participant for IMTCE 2014. We look forward to meeting you from 13-16th May 2014 at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) Kuala Lumpur.
