  2. Logging into the Computer Username: your last name and first initial Password: *pisd1314 You will be prompted to change your password.

  5. Let’s Take a Look @ the PISD Website • Go to www.pearlandisd.org • Go to Departments to Technology Services • Go to the Intranet – Employee Tab to the Intranet

  6. Make sure to log in here in order to get your webpage account.

  7. District Web-based Email There are two ways to access your web-based email: Pearland ISD main page: Select the Employee tab – drill down to Employee email. Intranet: Log in to the Intranet go to the Information Tab drill down to Employee Email

  8. Teacher Webpages To login for access to your page, open a web browser and type in www.pearlandisd.org/staff Use your PISD login and click Enter

  9. Basic Information Click on Change Site Design in the navigation bar on the left Select a Page Design template In Activate My Site - enter todays date Check the Show Classroom Pages Click Save

  10. Required Information Click on Site Content Under Home Page, click on Edit Page • For your webpage, all teachers should include the following information: • Contact information • Conference Times • Reminders (weekly) • Statement that reads: Check your child's grades on Skyward • Peek of the Week (elementary) • Tutoring Times

  11. Adding Upload Page (BYOD) • On the page you wish to allow uploads, click on the File tab • Click on Visitor Uploads link • Check the box to allow uploads

  12. Under Departments/ Technology Services/ Educational Technology you can find more information on Webpages. Contact your ETS for training on your campus.

  13. Logging into Eduphoria • Set up your teacher profile for PDAS • Register for in Workshopfor trainings for (CPE credit) • Submit Help Desk Work orders • Forethought for lesson plans

  15. Register in Workshop #1 – Select Upcoming Courses #2 – Locate NTO #3 – Click Register

  16. Using Help Desk Navigate to helpdesk Click Create A New Request Select Technology and follow the steps
