Exploring the issues • Is Patrick misusing his position? • How is privacy an issue in this scenario? • Should out-of-work interests be a factor in the work that people are asked to do in the workplace? • Would it be acceptable if Patrick: • rostered Jess on light duties because he treated ballroom dancing as a sport?
