  1. EyeLiner How to pick the best form- Your eye color is determined by a polygenic phenotypic character. The amount and type of pigments in the eye's iris bring out the color of your eyes like blue, green, brown, black. Just as every other trait of your physical feature is determined by your genes, so is your eye color. The eye color gene EYCL1 present on chromosome 19, gives you blue colored eyed. A genetic mutation over 6,000 to 10,000 years ago lead to the development of blue colored eyes. They are very common in North America. Different forms it’s available in -If you are just beginning to wear makeup, you may be overwhelmed by the many types and brands of eyeliners out there. Depending on what look you want to achieve, you will want to use different eyeliners to get that desired result. Listed below are the best examples of eyeliners I know of, and the most common ways to apply them Safety and Storage- Many women don’t know that makeup expires, or even realize that there is a concept of "makeup safety."  They believe their makeup will last forever if it’s properly stored.  The truth is that all makeup eventually goes bad.  When mascara dries up and clumps, lipstick runs and foundations separates, these are signs that your makeup has expired.  How long to keep your makeup is important for a number of reasons. Just as every other trait of your physical feature is determined by your genes, so is your eye color. The eye color gene EYCL1 present on chromosome 19, gives you blue colored eyed. The choice is really up to you.
