IVAL d.o.o. possesses a resource of supreme quality – natural spring water which springs at the depth of 422 metres • Location: Croatia, on the south-west slopes of Ivančica hill, near the village Stari Golubovec • It is 76 km away from city Zagreb and 215 km from the port of city Rijeka • The water source is aprox. 7 km away from the land plot where the water bottling plant is to be built • Production capacitiy: based on water exploitation in the amount of 5 l/s amounts to 120,000,000 litres per year or 80,000,000 bottles of 1.5 l • ROI: Return of investment occurs in the sixth year of the project
