What is 3rd Party CTI ? Third Party CTI is where the software application will handle call control and views centrally for more than one telephone extension. There is only one link between the host computer and the telephone system. This is the professional way of a CTI application. All AGFEO Systems have this feature AS STANDARD
What then is 1st Party CTI ? This is a cheaper alternative and is achieved by linking each telephone to each PC. Not the ultimate professional way of doing things.
What then does TK-Suite do ? Call from your PC (CTI) Large & Powerful Address Database Program the System Billing Platform

The Caller List or Call Log
This log will show all incoming and outgoing calls. Filters can be set to limit the display of calls and show only unanswered calls.
Click on the ‘Reminders’ TAB
All active reminders are shown here Click here and the contact folds down with all available telephone numbers

Select extensions which should screen pop on your PC Tick how incoming calls should be displayed
Tick required extensions which should appear in BLF
Here you can store the images for each extension, such as a picture of the extension user
Anything to do with the appearance of the individual status is set here
You may use or continue to use Outlook as your database. No plug in needed if this box is ticked.

Click on Grey Button for SETTINGS Set-up settings for contact management
