Interagency Contingency Contracting Conference • Contingency Contracting Conference Theme: Interagency Contracting Efforts in Response to Catastrophic Disasters • Conference Objective: Listen to presentations by key interagency participants and engage in lively discussions on relevant points. Identify key areas to improve communications, synchronized support between interagency organizations, leverage lessons learned, and proper utilization of existing contracting plans and instruments. • Take Away: Participants should have a better understanding of each interagency organization’s missions, roles, and capabilities in supporting catastrophic disasters. Participants/Agencies will retain a list of points of contact and presentation material for future reference. • Target Audience: Executive Directors and Senior Action Officers/Program Managers, in the contracting career field, planning, logistics, and those active in disaster support operations. • Conference Length: 2 Days • Anticipated Headcount: 90-100

Max Per Diem: $158.00 / Day (estimated). Lodging reserved within the maximum US Government Rate of $109.00 / Night (estimated) • Conference Fee: $380.
