York’s Role in Noticing • Review file received from site managers, District, contractors (petroleum & non-petroleum) • QA file including maps, tables, property ownership records • Data enter all program and related site info including property owners and contaminants • Access Database • Send out noticing letters in weekly mailout • Scan petroleum noticing packages

  3. Most Common QA Issues • Off-site properties or ROW not reported when there is a plume that encompass property or ROW or a MW well with confirmed contamination on an off-site property or ROW • Incorrect plume maps provided per DEP guidance • “Initial Notice of Contamination Beyond Property Boundaries” form not included • Missing page 2 of 2 for each parcel or ROW
