  4. Step1. Download the Mini DV to DVD Burner. Double click the install file and follow the steps to finish the installation. And then connect your Mini DV to computer with the USB cable. • Step2. Launch the Mini DV to DVD Burner, click "Create a New Project". And you have 3 options to import videos from your Mini DV to the burner. • a. Click the “+” button to open the folder where you have saved the video and select the file to import to the burner. • b.
