Congratulations on creating a new student organization! Register your group by filling out the Group Registration form. Required fields include names of President, Vice-President, and Treasurer. Additional instructions provided within the form. For Club Sports, complete the Club Sports Waiver. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and approved by Community. Contact Director of Student Activities for questions or training.

Your advisor will need to complete the Advisor Agreement so please plan accordingly

If you are registering a Club Sport, all group participants must complete the Club Sports Waiver.
By saying ‘ I agree’ you are agreeing to ensure the distribution and completion of the Waiver by all group members
Your request will then be submitted to Community for approval You will be notified through Community when your group has been approved
