  2. Get in! Set the frame: $ /sps/km3net/SeaTray/trunk/searecsim/build/evn-shell.sh $ /sps/km3net/SeaTray/releases/searecsim/11-02-00/evn-shell.sh $ exit

Installation in Lyon http://wiki.km3net.physik.uni-erlangen.de/index.php/Lyon_CC_IN2P3_cluster User: antares Psswd: sablettes 1) Copy and paste to your shell window next two lines: source /afs/in2p3.fr/throng/km3net/group_cshrc source/afs/in2p3.fr/throng/km3net/group_login 2) Set I3_PORTS: setenv I3_PORTS /afs/in2p3.fr/throng/km3net/i3-tools  check it with: echo $I3_PORTS

  4. Installation in Lyon 3) Make the directory where you want to install SEATRAY: make SEATRAY 4) Make the build directory: cd SEATRAY Mkdir build cd build 5) Compile it: Cmake ../srt … wait a couple of hours

  5. Adding AntDST module 1) Go to your AntDST module and follow the instructions in the INSTALL text file: Yo have to copy those files to: /sps/km3net/users/jpgomez/SEATRAY/build/cmake 2) Go to your build directory and compile the module: /sps/km3net/users/jpgomez/SEATRAY/build/$ make rebuild_cache $ env_shell.sh $ make … wait a couple of hours
