Business model • Proshop • We carry top Paintball and Airsoft brands including • Tippmann G&G, Combat Arms, C-Tac, Spyder and EGO. • We sell gear and equipment from Condor, along • with other military surplus. (Boots, Vests, pants jacketsshirts, holsters, mag pouches, slings and much more) • We also sell paint and BBs both in store and • at out field along with gun accessories and sights.

  5. Target Market • Males and Females between the ages of 10 and 50 for Paintball • Males and Females between the ages of 14 and 50 for Airsoft

Projected sales • On the field the we have a much higher income $29,800 a month! not including special events like the 3 day camp, “Big games”, tournaments or the “Tier One” training.Including all of that we will make close to $420,000 a year on the field. • In our store we expect to make about $25,000 in a good month and about $280,000 yearly. This is due to the high prices of the goods we sell along with the supplies it takes to use them.

  8. Logistics We will be selling our products through our on field store and website that we will set up through Joomla. (Any shipments will be sent through Canada Post) When we hit 10% stock of a product we will order 110% of our regular stock to both restock and have enough goods to fill pre orders we may have had while the certain product was out of stock. Also if we don’t or wont have the product you are looking for in our shop we will find it and put in a specialty order for you.

Competitive edge • Toonie Tuesdays, Gun owners get on the field for only 2 dollars. • MilSim/Tier one training. • College University Job/ housing • Overnight quarters • Biggest field in the Niagara region and GTA • Competitive prices, (DMZ sells a G&G razor M4 for $800. We sell it for $650, still making a profit of $500 a sale) • We offer free shipping to all of Ontario and a 20% discount on shipping to all of Canada • Tier One members cards. (for $150 you can get a membership cards which gives you 10% off on everything in our shop, website and field for a year)

  12. Future Opportunities • Expand into more fields • Move the shop to a more user friendly location (opening more) • Acquire fields outside Ontario or even Canada • Have a Internationally Professional team • Design our own guns ( A Tier One line made by another company )
